I enjoy Tiesto for his mixing ability. Some of what he plays is interesting, but most is too gay. Interested, I found an interview of his. He mentioned James Zabiela as “Best mixing skill has James Zabiela without a doubt. This guy is amazing technically.”
So I searched for some dj mixes from this amazing technically guy.
I came across a Four.2 mix which is split into 5 parts.
I had trouble getting them so I thought I would repost them here:
So they are very technically saavy. Its not really my typical electronic style, but the mixes are for lack of a better word, perfect. And he does a great job of bring in all sorts of samples and FX. Apparently he djs with an EFX1000.
Apparently there is a previous Four mix and a Four.3 out there.
